These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
StaticVoyage shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
These Terms of Service, together with any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and StaticVoyage regarding the use of our website and services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
